
We've recently introduced a second credit card processor which has different username and password length requirements than our primary processor. On a new signup, or internal system would catch this and alert you, but for users with existing accounts, our system will not catch the error and you'll get the dreaded "Invalid Username or Password" error when our system sends you to the credit card processor to process a renewal.
Note, the new username and password guidelines:
Username is longer than 4 characters but no more than 12 - no spaces allowed
Password is longer than 4 characters but no more than 16
To resolve this, your username and password should conform to the above. Just use the contact form and let me know what you'd like to change your username to and I'll make the change for you.
Sorry for the inconvenience, we did not catch this indescrepancy between the systems until the implementation.
